If a pet product is found to have a manufacturer's defect under normal use within 1month of receiving the item, we will provide a replacement product or partial/fullrefund, depending on the circumstances. This warranty does not cover damagecaused by misuse, accidents, or tampering. It also does not apply to consumableitems like food or litter.

If your issue cannot be easily resolved with replacement parts, we are committed toproviding a seamless solution. In such cases, we will replace your litter box with abrand new one. To make the return process easy, we'll send you a prepaid returnlabel to cover the cost of shipping back your old litter box.
